Vinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane Description

Vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane is a reactive silicone polymer with vinyl groups at both ends of the molecular chain. It offers good thermal stability, chemical resistance, and flexibility, and is mainly used as a base polymer for addition-cure silicone rubber, silicone elastomers, sealants, and other silicone-based materials.

Vinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane Application

It acts as base material for HTV silicone rubber. Blended with crosslinkers, reinforcing agents, colorants and anti-aging additives, it yields HTV raw rubber.

It is also the main raw material for injection thermoformed silicone rubber.

It can react with polyurethane, acrylic and other organics to obtain high-performance materials with good weatherability, aging & UV resistance and enhanced toughness, widely used for coatings and modified silicone oils

CFS-F(V) is available in 25L PE pails, 200L steel drums or 1000L IBC totes.

Non-dangerous goods.

Stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.

Should be stored in its original containers and used up asap after opening. The expected shelf life is 12months, when stored in a strictly sealed container and under proper conditions.
